Antoinette shares her wealth of experience and insights through engaging, practical leadership courses, designed to empower participants both onsite and virtually. Her curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including leadership development, communication, talent management, and coaching, all brought to life through dynamic, interactive teaching.

Antoinette holds a BA in Business Administration and Human Resources from California State University, Sacramento. She also maintains several leadership-focused professional certifications, including PHR, SHRM-CP, and DiSC.
